*TECHNICIAN 1, HVAC*: ability to complete tasks with no supervision, at least 6 years of experience in a specific facilities maintenance trade. Certification from trade school or upper education needed.
Experience with maintenance of HVAC Units (AHU/ FAHU/ FCU/ Ventilation fans ) Solid knowledge about ETS Room / District cooling operations / Chilled water System. Ability to perform PPM tasks and re-building valves, brazing, fabrications, replacing worn parts & accomplishing other major repairs.

Strong expertise of repairing, maintaining and providing technical attention to all electrical and mechanical refrigeration systems of the hotel - freezer, fridges, ice makers, fan coil units.

Strong knowledge of BMS system, Operation & Maintenance of basic electrical systems & controls.

*TECHNICIAN 2, PLUMBING & MECHANICAL*: Inspect and perform preventative maintenance in all aspects and general maintenance of facilities structures and equipment.

Responsible for maintenance procedures of Electrical, Mechanical, Painting, Carpentry, Audio & Visual systems, Kitchen, Fire life safety systems, recreational water systems, Hotel rooms, public areas, exterior resort features. Carry out CBM’s (Conditional Based Maintenance) as assigned & follow through with preventive maintenance as per equipment manufacturers and property guidelines / manuals.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience: installation PPR/ PVC pipeline, all types of sanitary waters (Washbasin / WC/ Shower / taps / drains).

Ability to lay PPR pipes using PPR welding machines / fittings with associated dyes. Strong knowledge about maintenance and operation of the building water distribution and filtration system (Cold / Hot water system) and associated pump sets.
strong expertise of chemical applications and dosing as it applies to recreational, potable, industrial waters system and recording and monitoring of chemical parameters ( CL/PH/Hardness / TDS)

Strong understanding of operation & maintenance of Sump Pumps, sanitary and storm sewerage systems, kitchen grease drain & traps.

*TECHNICIAN 3: MAINTENANCE*: Are you a Maintenance professional who enjoys working with attention to detail? As a Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, performing, and preventative maintenance across the resort, which means you will be very busy in different locations around the resort.

Experience with trades associated with Facilities Maintenance which involves a strong understanding of skills such as rectification, diagnostic, troubleshooting.

Ability to sustain your assigned area of the property in adherence to the facilities procedures. Technical diploma or Trade School Certification is required. Experience in Background Preventative and Reactive Maintenance
