I am Esmè Connell, and my journey has been shaped by passion and determination rather than formal education. While I don't hold a degree, I have certifications and a strong motivation to succeed and uplift my family, striving to achieve more than previous generations.
I did not have the privilege of attending university, but I bought my first car at 19 and paid off my own vehicles. I have grown emotionally and mentally without a mentor or support system. Life's experiences have equipped me with knowledge, and I have taken risks to apply what I’ve learned daily.
This journey has taught me to be solution-driven rather than problem-focused. I have faced and overcome challenges that many my age have not, all while maintaining humility.
My passion for helping others drives my ambitions. My goals are simple:
1. Build a business and retire comfortably.
2. Assist others along the way.
3. Provide my children the opportunity to attend university if they choose.
Today, I am a business owner—something I never imagined for myself. Initially, I thought I would remain a medical receptionist, but my desire for more has helped me overcome obstacles. Opportunities are my ally.
