Stan and Alex has an ever-growing database of skilled artisans and semi-skilled and unskilled labour that have been pre-screened to help companies in the engineering, construction, metal and motor industries cope with their contingency staffing needs. We support career seekers, individuals who up skill themselves to alter the direction of their career. While Stan and Alex is able to assist smaller companies with all their HR functions, larger companies may wish to only tap into our areas of specialised expertise – including mediation, employment equity and skills development training. We are also able to support companies resolve health and safety issues.
