Five dealerships. Four F&I Managers. One person keeping the whole finance operation moving.

A growing independent motor group is looking for a senior Regional F&I / Business Manager to oversee finance and insurance operations across five East Rand dealerships.

The portfolio includes premium used vehicles, motorcycles, high-demand Chinese brands and light commercial vehicles, so adaptability is essential.

We need someone who can lead the team, solve problems quickly, keep deals moving and make sure the money lands where it should.

You’ll need:
• Strong motor dealership F&I / Business Manager experience
• RE5 – essential
• RE1 – highly advantageous
• Key Individual experience
• Strong leadership and mentoring ability
• Solid knowledge of finance, VAPs, settlements, payouts and deal processes
• The energy and resilience to work across multiple demanding dealerships
• A hands-on approach — this is not a manage-from-a-distance role

You’ll be overseeing 4 F&I Managers, working closely with Dealer Principals, banks and suppliers, and chasing the detail when required.

We’re looking for a Warranty Administrator who knows their way around warranty claims and dealership life to join a growing and close-knit independent motor group.

You’ll be responsible for managing warranty claims from start to finish, including processing and submitting claims, keeping on top of outstanding claims, maintaining accurate warranty documentation and records, liaising with manufacturers, suppliers and internal dealership teams, and handling general warranty administration and reporting.

📋 TO APPLY YOU WILL NEED:
✔️ Matric Certificate
✔️ Valid drivers licence
✔️ At least 3 years of warranty experience in a motor dealership or RMI/MIWA-accredited workshop
✔️ Truck warranty experience will give you a BIG advantage!
✔️ Working knowledge of Pinnacle or a similar DMS
✔️ Strong administration, organisational and communication skills
✔️ Fluent in English and Afrikaans
✔️ The ability to work independently
