Welcome to Boomerang, Keiron Brown! 💙🧡

We are delighted to welcome Keiron to the Boomerang team as our new Executive: Strategy and Organisational Effectiveness.

With more than 20 years of experience in the BPO sector, Keiron brings valuable expertise in organisational development, leadership, capability building and the delivery of strategic initiatives.

Working closely with our CEO and Executive Leadership Team, Keiron will help translate Boomerang’s strategic priorities into measurable action. Her focus will include strengthening organisational effectiveness, developing leadership capability, and building the structures needed to support our continued growth. She will also contribute to the evolution of our BAE career and capability framework and help ensure that our people-first culture remains at the heart of our AI transformation.

We look forward to the insight, experience, and energy Keiron will bring to Boomerang.
