Traffic Manager

The role would involve the following:



-Day to day trafficking of workflow into and out of the studio – with a daily 9am company status on teams (during lockdown & when the world normalises) as they will be trafficking JHB & CT designers

- Opening & Closing off of Job Bags in Chase

- Monitoring and checking in with Design on time tracking

- Updating & consolidating, as well as chasing designers for timesheets

- A bit of production work in terms of quoting

- Liaising with Client Services on briefs, workflow and presentations

- Sitting with CS at month end to confirm and align hours for billings

- NEED TO BE FLUENT IN CHASE !
