This one's for the data governance specialists, not the generalists.

We're looking for someone who has owned a CMDB — not just administered the platform around it. Think CSDM adoption, data stewardship, authoritative source management and service mapping governance at an enterprise level.

If your ServiceNow background is mostly platform admin, ITSM configuration or workflow automation, this isn't the role.

If you've driven CMDB data quality, built reporting people trust, and worked with multiple system owners to fix data at the source — let's talk.

What matters most:
Proven ownership of CMDB governance and data quality, not just exposure to it
Working knowledge of CSDM and how service/application/infrastructure data should be structured
Experience setting standards for data flowing into ServiceNow from other systems
Reporting and dashboard experience (Power BI, Fabric or SQL a plus)
