Got an eye for detail and a head for engineering? We're recruiting a Proposal Engineer for our client in the mineral processing space, based in Johannesburg.

You'll be turning technical requirements into strong, costed proposals, playing a key role in how deals come together.

Ideally you'll have a BEng or BTech in Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years' tender preparation and capital sales experience, preferably in mining or heavy engineering.

Would you hire someone without a degree if they had the right experience?

More businesses are answering yes. A qualification shows what someone studied, experience shows what they can actually do. In plenty of roles, that carries more weight.
