Duties and Responsibilities:
▪ Provide expert technical support by developing, enhancing, or implementing tools, systems, or programs, ensuring operational and maintenance excellence.
▪ Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with applicable safety, quality and environmental
standards
▪ Engage with clients to ensure technical solutions meet expectations
▪ Identify, address and prevent causes of unplanned downtime and milling plant failures through proactive
and process improvements
▪ Liaise with engineering teams, clients, management and contractors to resolve technical issues in a timely

**Job Requirements:**

- Valid SA Driver’s License

- Matric with experience in stores control procedures (kitting/binning) using a computerized inventory control system with barcode scanning

- Working experience in Syspro

- Daily stores and receiving activities

- Experience in an MRP environment

- Experience in handling electronic components



**Advantageous:**

- Inventory management or equivalent stores certificate or diploma (not essential)



**Receiving Function:**

- Receive inventory against relevant purchase orders (Raise GRN)

- Check and count items against provided documentation

- Verify documentation for shelf life products and capture expiry dates

- Liaise with buyers and suppliers regarding delivery queries



**Stores Function:**

- Kitting of production/sub-contractor jobs and PCB (electronic components) for PCB assemblers

- Inspect kits picked for internal/external customers

- Prepare kits for sub-contractors/PCB assemblers

- Daily liaison with internal and external customers (PGMs/sub-contractors)



**PCB Stores Function:**

- Receive PCBs against relevant purchase orders (Raise GRN)

- Check and count items against documentation

- Liaise with buyers and suppliers regarding delivery queries

- Update PCB requirement spreadsheets/visual management boards

- Perform job receipt function (Syspro)

- Issue PCBs against relevant jobs



**Inventory Control:**

- Conduct daily cycle counts

- Apply good housekeeping practices

- Monitor expiry of shelf life products
