The purpose of this role is to formulate a departmental strategy, ensuring a
balanced product range that aligns with the brands overarching business objectives and strategy. Oversee product development across diverse categories, from conceptualization to market delivery and sales. Maintain critical path management, quality assurance processes, cost control, margin optimization, and range equilibrium, all tailored to the preferences of the brands customer base. All selected commodities must contribute positively to the profit margins and price points, in accordance with departmental directives and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Act as the gatekeeper and first point of contact for the Director across all communications, both professional and personal.
