12-WEEK TEMP CONTRACT | SENIOR DEBTORS & CREDITORS/PAYMENTS/ RECORDS -MANUFACTURING IND (ONSITE) SITUATED IN PAARDEN EILAND
AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY

A well-established manufacturing organisation requires an experienced Debtors & Creditors professional for a 12-week onsite temporary assignment. This role is suited to an intermediate to senior candidate with proven experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment who can step in and add value immediately.

Key Responsibilities
• Full-function management of debtors and creditors within a manufacturing environment
• Accurate processing, allocation and reconciliation of high-volume payments and receipts
• Supplier and customer account reconciliations, including statement reviews
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies and manufacturing processes
Minimum Requirements
• Proven intermediate to senior experience in debtors and creditors
• Manufacturing or high-volume transactional experience is essential
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the function
• Strong reconciliation, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with accounting systems (Sage / Pastel / similar ERP systems)
• High level of accuracy, resilience, and professionalism
• Immediately available or available on short notice
⚠️ This role is not suitable for junior or entry-level candidates.
Candidates must be confident managing the function with minimal supervision in a corporate manufacturing environment.
Contract Details
• Duration: 12 weeks
• Location: Onsite (no remote or hybrid)
• Type: Temporary contract
• Remuneration: Market-related, based on experience

DIE CUTTER OPERATOR – CAPE TOWN

My client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Die Cutter Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating die-cutting machinery to produce precision-cut paper cup components, ensuring quality and efficiency in every batch.

Key Responsibilities:
•Set up and operate die-cutting machines for paper cup production.
• Install and align cutting dies according to job specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings for optimal output.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure cuts meet required standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Accurately record production data and report any defects or irregularities.
• Collaborate with quality checkers and machine operators to ensure seamless workflow.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating die-cutting machinery, preferably in packaging or paper product manufacturing.
• Must be able to operate a Platen and Heidelberg Rotary die cutting machines.
• Familiarity with paper substrates and die-cutting techniques.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
