Yesterday, as part of our wellness initiative, some of our people attended a nature-based wellness walk along the Seapoint promenade, which was guided by a qualified counsellor. Good to get out the office and ‘touch grass’, in the sun by the sea. 😊😀

On Monday just past, we held a Wellness Day at ooba’s head office. The theme was international air travel, with each wellness activity representing a glamorous destination (like zumba classes in ‘Brazil’).

The activities included: free massages, lash and brow bar, Discovery wellness checks, a photo booth, zumba and kick classes, exercise bikes, good coffee and tasty healthy food, and a prize draw for all attendees.
