CME Recruitment is seeking a **Trade-Qualified Maintenance Fitter** with a minimum of **5 years' post-trade qualification experience**, preferably in high-speed food production.

**Essential requirements:**

🔹 Recognised Fitter trade qualification

🔹 Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience

🔹 Practical maintenance and fault-finding experience on high-speed food production equipment

🔹 Currently residing in the Western Cape — NO RELOCATIONS

💰 R15,000 BASIC PER MONTH
➕ Performance-related bonus paid twice yearly
📍 Cape Town area | Permanent, full-time

Are you the person who keeps production organised, materials ready and the team on track?

We’re looking for someone who enjoys practical production work and has strong administration skills.

You will:
✅ Coordinate daily production and allocate work.
✅ Follow up on targets and deadlines.
✅ Keep stock and production records accurate.
✅ Coordinate materials and packaging.
✅ Monitor quality and wastage.

You need approximately 2–5 years’ relevant experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, packaging, filling or bottling, with practical planning and staff coordination experience.

Good Excel skills and the ability to work independently are essential. This role involves time on the production floor as well as administration.

You do not need to have held a Production Manager title.

Please apply only if the R15,000 monthly basic salary meets your expectations. Only candidates currently residing locally in the Cape Town area will be considered.
