the Academy will soon be heading to Norway, followed by Dubai, private game reserves in South Africa, Croatia, Montenegro, China, the Seychelles, Paris, and the Maldives, with a further return to the Seychelles. This itinerary carries us through to July 2026 and reflects an exceptionally full and exciting period ahead.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Butler, you will embody the excellence of personalized service by accompanying our guests throughout their stay. You will be responsible for ensuring a tailor-made experience, paying attention to every detail, from the welcome to the most specific requests. In collaboration with other hotel services, you will play a central role in guest satisfaction and loyalty.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome guests, accompany them, and ensure their daily comfort.
• Provide room service and manage any room service requests.
• Prepare VIP rooms and respond to special client requests.
• Manage the upkeep of rooms and VIP areas.
• Collaborate with other hotel services to ensure optimal service quality.

PROFILE:

• Experience in a similar role within high-end hospitality.
• Proficiency in French and English; a third language is a plus.
• Excellent presentation, service-oriented, and courteous.
• Discretion, versatility, and responsiveness to guest needs.
• A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
