Looking for your next move in digital marketing? We are hiring a CRM Specialist to join our clients fast-growing team in Cape Town!
If you're hands-on, obsessed with campaign accuracy, and know how to build and deploy flawless lifecycle campaigns, this is for you.
📍 Location: Cape Town (Onsite – Non-negotiable)
💰 Salary: Up to R45,000 per month
💼 Type: Full-time
What You’ll Do:
• Build, QA, and launch CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and onsite channels.
• Manage player segmentation, journey automation, free bets, and bonus setups.
• Work hands-on with platforms like Playtech, Everlytic, Panacea, or similar tools.
• Collaborate across dev, creative, and testing teams to make sure live sends go out without a hitch.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3–8 years in CRM, email marketing, or campaign operations.
• Experience in iGaming or Sports Betting is a huge plus (or a background in fast-paced digital environments).
• Strong platform confidence, QA discipline, and high attention to detail.
• Basic HTML/CSS, SQL, or BI tool skills are advantageous!
