Receptionist / Administrator
Kuils River, Cape Town

An established company in Kuils River is looking to appoint a professional and organised Receptionist / Administrator to join their team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong office administration skills who enjoys working in a structured and fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook and Word
* Professional telephone etiquette and communication skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking ability
* Ability to work accurately under pressure
* Reliable, proactive and detail-oriented

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the switchboard and welcoming visitors
* Handling client communication and general office coordination
* Assisting with quotations, invoices and related administration
* Filing, document management and data capturing
* Liaising with suppliers and assisting with operational support
* Assisting with scheduling and general office administration

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
Friday: 08:00 – 15:00

Salary:
R10,000 CTC plus commission structure varying between R1,500 and R5,000 per month.

We are looking for experienced, hands-on Site Supervisors to oversee daily operations within a busy recycling environment.

This role requires someone who can lead teams, manage workflow on site, maintain operational standards, and work comfortably with digital systems and AI enabled reporting tools.

Requirements:
* Previous experience within recycling, waste management or scrap industry
* Supervisory or operational management experience
* Exposure to stock control, dispatch, weighbridge or yard operations advantageous
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Reliable, practical and able to work independently
* Comfortable with reporting, systems and operational technology

Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 depending on experience

Ideal candidates should have exposure to:

* Machine monitoring or inspections
* Basic maintenance or fault finding
