Security & Systems Coordinator

If you can spot a security gap, fix an access control glitch, and still help someone reset their password before lunch — we need you.
We're on the hunt for a hands-on, detail-obsessed Security & Systems Coordinator to keep the CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and general IT running smoothly. One day you are reviewing surveillance footage or liaising with Alarm companies; the next you might be troubleshooting a laptop or coordinating with the external Pastel consultant. No two days look the same — and that is exactly why we need someone who can juggle it all without dropping the ball.
What you will be doing:
• Keeping the CCTV, alarms, and access control systems in top shape — testing, maintaining, and fixing issues before they become problems
• Managing user access and permissions, and flagging anything that looks off
• Being the first port of call for IT support — devices, accounts, and everyday tech hiccups
• Liaising with external security providers and IT/Pastel consultants
• Running regular security audits and keeping records tight
• Jumping in at the security hut when the team needs backup
You are a good fit if you:
• Have solid experience with CCTV, access control, and alarm/IDS systems
• Are comfortable with first-line IT support (yes, you'll be the have you tried turning it off and on again person too)
• Notice details others miss and follow through until things are actually fixed
• Can manage service providers and contractors without needing to be micromanaged yourself
• Keep calm and methodical, even when three things go wrong at once
