Join Our Team as a Stock Coordinator! We are looking for a diligent Stock Coordinator to manage stock data using the BEX platform, ensuring alignment between theoretical and physical counts. This role involves stock movement oversight, waste recording, and stakeholder communication, contributing to the smooth operations of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage stock movements and consignments on the BEX system.
Conduct reconciliations and monitor fruit repacking accuracy.
Train stagers on stock procedures and validate batches.
Communicate stock variances to stakeholders.
Maintain operational records and optimize stock reporting practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
1-2 years of Operations Management experience.
Fruit industry or FMCG knowledge (desirable).
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to excel in a high-pressure environment.
