JenRecruitment is recruiting for a Junior Engineer to join a specialised engineering consultancy working on solar PV and battery energy storage projects across South Africa.

📍 Durbanville / Surrounds
💰 From R22,500 per month, depending on qualification and experience
💼 Full-Time | Permanent

We’re looking for someone with:
✔️ B.Eng or (Eng) in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline
✔️ 0–3 years’ relevant experience
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
✔️ Interest or experience in renewable energy, solar PV or engineering data analysis
✔️ Strong Excel skills, with Python, CAD, PVsyst or AI experience advantageous

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to gain hands-on exposure to monitoring, performance analysis, fault finding, electrical design, commissioning and technical project work, while developing within the renewable energy industry.
