Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage all H&S aspects across multiple sites
- Supervise site-specific safety representatives
- Oversee safety file maintenance, daily inspections, and safety register updates
- Conduct toolbox talk meetings with labor teams
- Generate monthly safety reports and issue fines for unsafe subcontractor practices
- Inspect and manage all personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Hold a valid first aid certification and act as the first aider on site
- Manage incidents and emergency procedures

Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant degree in Health and Safety studies or related field (SAMTRAC, NEBOSCH, etc.)
- Height experience is a must
- Construction background is essential
- SACPCMP Safety Officer registration required
- 3-5 years of relevant construction experience
- Up-to-date knowledge of H&S legislation
- Driver's license and own vehicle are essential
