Corporate Finance & Treasury Associate

Are you a highly motivated individual with strong financial and commercial acumen, passionate about deal structuring, transaction ex*****on, and strategic finance. Thrives in a fast paced environment, is eager to learn, and wants to build a career across both corporate finance and treasury functions. This role offers exposure to corporate finance, structured finance, property finance, treasury management, and transaction advisory. It’s ideal for a motivated candidate eager to gain hands on experience in debt capital raising, financial modelling, and strategic deal ex*****on.
Minimum Qualifications
• CFA, CAIA, or FRM designation (completed or in progress); OR
• BCom Honours (Finance), CA(SA), Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum Experience
• 1–5 years’ relevant experience in at least three of the following:
• Corporate Finance
• Structured Finance
• Property Finance
• Treasury / ALM
• Hedging Strategies
• Investment Banking
• Leveraged Finance
• Transaction Advisory
• M&A
• Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Financial Modelling – Build and maintain complex models to support investment and funding decisions.
• Transaction Structuring – Assist with structuring and ex*****on of property, debt, and corporate finance deals.
• Valuations & Analysis – Conduct financial analysis, feasibility studies, and valuations.
• Investor Materials – Prepare investment memoranda, board papers, and funding proposals.
• Treasury Management – Support cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and funding requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Liaise with banks, lenders, investors, and internal teams.
• Due Diligence – Assist with transaction due diligence and ex*****on.
• Market Monitoring – Track market trends to optimize capital allocation and funding structures.
