The Internet Guy is looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Support Representative to join our team! If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy closing sales, and can manage customer queries efficiently, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
✅ Answer sales queries via calls & WhatsApp
✅ Process orders for courier and ensure timely dispatch
✅ Schedule deliveries and coordinate logistics
✅ Close sales from the leads we provide
✅ Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients
Requirements:
🔹 Must be based in Johannesburg
🔹 Strong communication and sales skills
🔹 Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions efficiently
🔹 Basic computer skills (WhatsApp Business, email, spreadsheets)
🔹 Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
🔹 Self-motivated and target-driven
💰 Salary: R4,500 per month + commission on closed deals!
