✅ References – Getting insight into your work ethic, reliability and performance.

Behind the scenes, the recruitment process may now include:

💡 Candidate Tip: Stay responsive and have any requested documents or referee details ready. Most importantly, wait until you have received and accepted a formal written offer before resigning from your current position.

We’ve reached the final planned week of Career Clinic! 💼

At the end of an interview, you’ll often hear:
“Do you have any questions for us?”

Don’t automatically say "No, I think you’ve covered everything.” This is another opportunity to show your interest in the position and learn whether the role is right for you.

Try asking:
💬 “What would success look like in this role during the first 3–6 months?”
💬 “What are the biggest priorities for the person joining the team?”
💬 “How would you describe the team and company culture?”
💬 “What opportunities are there for learning and growth?”
💬 “What are the next steps in the recruitment process?”

💡 Career Tip: Prepare 2–3 questions before your interview. Choose questions that help you understand the role, team, expectations and company — not information you could easily have found on their website.
