Our client, a leading company in the industrial fuel management and electrical solutions sector, is looking for a detail-oriented Fuel Management System Administrator to join their FMS Division in the Eastern Cape.

What you will do:
◾Extract daily reports from Fuel Management Systems, verify accuracy, and compile data into structured Excel spreadsheets.
◾Capture and upload client-supplied information onto FMS platforms while identifying and escalating any data discrepancies.
◾Assist with general administration across the FMS and electrical departments, including maintaining staff tracking sheets and project records.
◾Follow up with suppliers on pricing and delivery timelines and support inventory tracking.
◾Manage internal filing systems, record-keeping, and assist with health & safety compliance.

What you will bring:
◾Grade 12 / Matric is essential (a Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration or IT is an advantage).
◾Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, formatting) and experience with data capture or administrative systems.
◾Prior exposure to Fuel Management Systems (FMS) or similar platforms is highly advantageous.
◾High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet strict daily deadlines.
◾Good written and verbal communication skills, with a reliable and self-motivated work ethic.

Electrical & Instrumentation Specialist – Eastern Cape 💡

Our client, a leader within the industrial fuel management & production operations sector, is seeking a technically strong, hands-on Electrical & Instrumentation (EC&I) Specialist to join their team in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape.

What you will do:
◾Design, install, maintain, & troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation systems.
◾Plan daily electrical work activities, manage project schedules, & support the commissioning of electrical systems and panels.
◾Interpret electrical drawings (BOQs) & ensure strict compliance with SANS, IEC, ISA, & internal quality standards.
◾Resolve technical faults, design challenges, & installation issues while working closely with draughting teams.
◾Monitor project costs, align job cards with quotations, & maintain meticulous documentation & project records.
◾Support health & safety compliance, conduct quality checks on components, & provide cross-functional technical support.

What you will bring:
◾A BTech or BEng Degree in Electrical Engineering (Essential).
◾3+ years experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering (manufacturing, industrial, or fuel management backgrounds are advantageous).
◾Strong proficiency in panel building, fault finding, & a solid understanding of electrical drawings and control philosophies.
◾Practical knowledge of SANS, IEC, & ISA standards, alongside proficiency in electrical engineering software and MS Office.
◾Exceptional analytical skills, the ability to perform under pressure, & strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and suppliers.
◾A valid driver’s license & flexibility to work overtime or public holidays when operational needs arise.
