It started of with individual life coaching sessions and quickly expanded to businesses in providing executives and employees with individual coaching sessions, as well as group sessions. Dirk is passionate about helping individuals and teams to realize their full potential and to function at optimal levels. He considers this a God-given calling. Personal life coaching sessions are tailored to the individual’s needs. The main focus of these sessions is to facilitate the clients thinking process and help them to discover their natural gifting, talents and goals while working systematically towards those goals. Through a process, that normally consist of 12 sessions over a 6 month period, clients discover a great deal about who they are, what they want to accomplish and how to get there. They start systematically working towards their personalized goals with the constant support, accountability and motivation from the life coach while being introduced to scientifically proven tools and techniques for personal mastery and effectiveness. Soft skills training and workshop facilitation has the same end in mind. Sessions are designed to introduce groups to new principles and knowledge that they can use to more successfully navigate everyday life. Complicated theory of effective functioning in a variety of important life area’s are simplified and communicated in an understandable way. Guidance is provided in how to implement this newfound knowledge into practical daily living. The Shadowmatch Behavioural Benchmarking system is an online workforce optimization system that is used by companies, universities, schools and sports teams to do precision recruitment, talent redeployment, succession planning, career planning, team analysis and team building, as well as educate and guide various types of relationships through highly detailed relationship report creation. It also includes comprehensive personal development programs that is designed to cultivate desired habits and behavioural patterns in individuals. Dirk uses this system to consult organizational leaders in above mentioned functions. He also coaches individuals through the personal development programs and teaches possible mentor figures to do the same.
