🔧 What you’ll be doing:
Lead and develop a technical support and after-sales team
Improve service delivery, response times, and overall customer experience
Oversee and optimise RMA and service processes
Manage technical escalations and ensure efficient resolution
Strengthen communication between local teams and international HQ
Support complex troubleshooting and field-related technical issues
Implement systems, reporting, and processes to improve operational efficiency
Drive continuous improvement within after-sales operations
⚡ What we’re looking for:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the solar/renewable energy industry (non-negotiable)
Proven experience in technical support, after-sales, or service operations management
Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and energy storage solutions
Previous team leadership experience
Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel when required
