So what’s in the role? 📮 early morning starts, sorting mail and parcels at the delivery centre, loading and unloading of pallet deliveries 🚚 just to name a few!

How does it work? Your employer sets aside for your future/retired self (minimum 11% of your earnings) 🏝️😎 Do you know your rate? Do you get more than the minimum 11%? 📈

Why can't we have a choice? 😤 Aren't we entitled to the money we earn? 🤔 Well, it’s far cheaper for the government to make it mandatory for employer's to contribute to your super now, than rely on funding your Aged Pension later 😬💸

So, even though we have to wait forever to access it, next time you check your payslip, give a nod to future you for getting that super top-up without lifting a finger! 🙌 💼
