Quality Management Technician (Calibration & Service)
Venue : OUG Parklance
Salary : RM2500 - RM3500

Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform onsite installation (components installation, wiring termination), calibration & adjustments of weighing system in accordance with specification and ISO standards.
• Handle customer problems, coordinate the service operations, perform test, and resolve issues
• Report to management on tolerance deviation or malfunction of weighing system in accordance with specification and procedures
• Prepare calibration worksheet, report & certificates
• Assist, leads and trains others in calibration processes and monitor progress
• Assist superior to develop, update and maintain procedures & work instruction
• Entertain & support audit activities
• Maintain calibration equipment in good condition and involve in improvement activities
• Produce CAD drawing of the weighing instruments during project phase

Professional Competencies:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering
• Must have at least 2 years of working experience in engineering background, prefer in calibration field that comply with ISO17025 standard
• Must have good knowledge in ISO17025 standard
• Must have good knowledge in Mathematic, electrical measuring terms
• Must have good knowledge in Microsoft Office software (Word & Excel) & CAD tools (AutoCAD & Solidworks)
• Must have good knowledge in PLC communication
• Experience in using, servicing or calibrating weighing balances, weighing scale, load cell system is an advantage.
