Happy Friday!

We got to spend time together celebrating Carol’s 30th anniversary and Autumn’s 3rd anniversary with the firm- it was such a great reminder of how lucky we are to have this team.

We spend a lot of time talking about the families we serve, but the people we get to work with every day matter so much too. There’s a lot of history, friendship, laughter, and genuine care around this table, and we don’t take that for granted.

We’re so thankful for Carol, Autumn, and every person who makes this little work family what it is. Have a wonderful weekend! Our offices will be closed Monday and reopen Tuesday!

Thirty years ago, Carol opened the doors to what would become Bertsch & Boze Elder Law with a belief that this work should always be about people, families, and community.

Since then, she has helped countless families through some of life’s most complicated moments and built a firm rooted in compassion and truly knowing the people we serve.

As one of only two Certified Elder Law Attorneys (CELAs) in San Antonio, Carol’s knowledge is extraordinary, but those who know her know her heart is just as remarkable. She genuinely loves our clients and this community, and that has shaped everything we do.

Happy Friday!

Roxy has officially decided that Friday meetings are exhausting. 😂 While she gets to rest her head on the table, the rest of us are still hard at work!

But Roxy does a lot more around here than nap through meetings. Animals can bring incredible joy and companionship as we age.
