Purpose of the Position:
Join our team as a Virtual Client Relations Manager and become the driving force behind seamless client support and deal settlement. This role is crucial in supporting our senior consultants, maintaining client relationships, coordinating documentation, and ensuring efficient collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. If you’re organized, communicative, and thrive in a fast-paced, virtual environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1) Client Follow-Up & Relationship Management

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining consistent communication through email, phone, and messaging.
- Provide follow-ups to ensure timely submission of required documents and information.
- Update clients on progress, address concerns, answer queries, and build trust-based relationships.

2) Document Collection & Management

- Collect, review, and organize finance-related documents (e.g., bank statements, IDs, contracts).
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of documents, adhering to compliance standards.
- Maintain an organized virtual document management system for easy retrieval and tracking.

3) Stakeholder Coordination

- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, sales consultants) for smooth client application progress.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders (solicitors, accountants) to ensure compliance with legal documentation.

4) System Management & Process Tracking

- Update client records in Pipedrive and other CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy.
- Track deal status, document submissions, and follow-up tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

5) Process Improvement

- Identify and suggest improvements in client relationship management, focusing on communication, document flow, and overall efficiency.

Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience working remotely in a client-facing role.
- Familiarity with the Australian property investment landscape.
- Basic understanding of finance-related documentation and compliance.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic situations.
