We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Operations Leader to lead plant operations and drive operational excellence across production units.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead overall manufacturing & plant operations
• Drive production planning, delivery, quality & cost efficiency
• Implement SOPs, Kaizen & continuous improvement
• Oversee maintenance, HSE, compliance & quality systems
• Optimize manpower, materials, equipment & inventory
• Lead and develop large-scale manufacturing teams

Requirements
• 15+ years of hands-on manufacturing operations experience
• Strong background in production, quality & operational leadership
