Sailing Club Beach Club Phu Quoc is looking for a sharp, hands-on Finance Manager to lead operational finance at one of Vietnam's most iconic beachfront venues.

This is a Department Head role reporting directly to the Cluster GM and SCLG, sitting at the heart of a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality operation.

What you'll own:
Monthly P&L, MMR, MFR, and VAS reporting — on time, every time
Full operational finance support across F&B, Kitchen, Bar, and Entertainment
Cost control, inventory oversight, and daily revenue reconciliation
SMILE & POS system integrity and financial setup
Coordination with BIM Hospitality and SCLG Finance (Derek & Quan)

What we're looking for:
5+ years in hospitality finance (hotel, resort, or F&B)
Strong command of SMILE, POS, and Excel
USALI knowledge (or willingness to develop it)
Fluent Vietnamese & English
Calm under pressure, collaborative by nature, high integrity

Hành trình 3 tháng thực tập của 28 bạn sinh viên đến từ Trường Cao đẳng Kiên Giang đã đi đến những ngày cuối cùng. Đã đến lúc nói lời tạm biệt, dù trong lòng vẫn còn rất nhiều cảm xúc.
Ba tháng không quá dài, nhưng đủ để các bạn bước ra khỏi giảng đường, làm quen với môi trường làm việc thực tế, học những điều mới mẻ, vấp váp, trưởng thành và mạnh mẽ hơn từng ngày. Mỗi nỗ lực, mỗi sự cố gắng và mỗi nụ cười của các bạn đều đã trở thành một phần kỷ niệm đẹp của hành trình này.
Đây không phải là một lời kết thúc, mà là một sự khởi đầu. Khởi đầu cho những con đường mới, những ước mơ lớn hơn và những bước đi vững vàng hơn trong tương lai.
Chúc 28 bạn sinh viên sẽ luôn giữ được tinh thần cầu tiến, sự tự tin và niềm tin vào bản thân mình. Mong rằng những trải nghiệm nhỏ hôm nay tại Sailing Club Phú Quốc sẽ trở thành hành trang quý giá để các bạn đi thật xa sau này.

The 3-month internship journey of 28 students from Kien Giang College has come to an end, and it is time to say goodbye — with many emotions in our hearts.
Three months may not be a long time, but it was enough for you to step out of the classroom, experience a real working environment, learn new skills, face challenges, and grow stronger day by day. Every effort, every smile, and every moment you shared has become a meaningful part of this journey.
This is not the end, but the beginning — the beginning of new paths, bigger dreams, and more confident steps toward the future.

Key responsibilities include:

End-to-end recruitment for operational, back-office, and managerial roles
CV screening, interview coordination, offers, onboarding, and manpower tracking
Managing expatriate documentation (Work Permit, Visa, TRC) and compliance timelines
Supporting HR administration, uniforms, outsourcing documentation, and vendors
Coordinating inductions, internships, and employer branding activities

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
Minimum 1 year experience in HR or Recruitment
Experience with expat documentation is an advantage
Hospitality experience preferred
Fluent in Vietnamese and English
