- Responsible for interface development aimed at improving user experience, mainly for designing and creating web applications and corporate websites undertaken by the company.

◆ General Affairs (GA):
- Build good working relationships internally and externally.
- Handle internal communication channels (poster, website / FB / LinkedIn).
- Manage company licences and corporate registration (IRC, ERC).

🚨WE’RE HIRING – SENIOR PRODUCT QUALITY ENGINEER / ASSISTANT MANAGER
Location: Hai Duong, Vietnam

✅Job Description:
- Proceed with analysis procedures and ensure their effectiveness.
- Support the establishment and certification activities of the ESD management system.
- Maintain communication with peers in China Factories to collect lessons learnt (including customer complaints, customer returns, third-party audit findings, customer audit findings, etc.), and establish improvements and preventive actions whenever applicable.
- Work directly under the Senior Quality Manager with regular reports on the progress of follow-up activities. Support tasks assigned by the QA/QE Manager.
- Communicate with other departments to define appropriate quality improvement actions and drive quality enhancement activities.
- Conduct internal quality system audits on production lines to ensure compliance with WTVN procedure documents.
- Support customer audit activities, including preparation, pre-audit, and follow-up of customer feedback issues.
- Provide technical support and training to all staff for quality improvement activities.
- Assist with equipment buyoff activities.
✅Job Requirements:
- University graduation
- At least 3 years' experience as QC/QA staff in a related environment
- Knowledgeable about different QC tools and methodologies
- Exposure to problem solving techniques
- Ability to drive continuous improvement
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of ISO/TS16949, AS9100, ISO13485
- Knowledge of ISO14001/OHSAS18001 and EHS documentation
- Understanding and experience of EMS manufacturing processes
- Experience in customer liaison follow-up
