🇹🇭 WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO EXPERIENCE IN SIX MONTHS? 🇻🇳
Participants are trained to go through online or offline training sessions including finance, supply chain, sales, product research & development, branding, … and how to OVERCOME THE ECONOMIC CRISIS in the enterprise by C.P. Vietnam & Thailand experts.
Working as the leader role in new projects of C.P. Vietnam by using Action Learning methodology (10% theory-90% practice). Participants will discover the freedom to strategize and make decisions with useful advice from experienced sponsors.
During the project phase, selected projects from C.P.'s management will have to present what participants have learned in that period to the senior chairman and other executives. If a project is not selected more than three times to present to the senior chairman and other executives, it will be canceled.
By the completion of the future leaders development program, the participants will receive a certificate from C.P. Group.
Additionally, participants will formally sign a labor contract with C.P. Vietnam Corporation after which they will either be assigned to a new PDP project or upgraded to continue working on the FLP project they excelled in and loved most.

✔️Bachelor/master’s degree from all backgrounds.
✔️GPA: above 7 out of 10 or equivalent.

✔️English or Thai fluency.
✔️Ability to think critically and work independently as well as in a team.
✔️Leadership and motivation skills.
✔️Enthusiasm for business.
✔️Adapt to change.
✔️Ability to work under high pressure.
