✔️ Vietnamese nationals with 𝟐-𝟑 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 in the overseas education counselling, preferably with a focus on the U.S. market.
✔️ In-depth knowledge of the U.S. education system, admission procedure and student visa requirements.
✔️ Proven track of successfully guiding students to obtain the U.S. student visas.
✔️ Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
✔️ Competent in English reading & speaking.
✔️ Good communication, presentation, interpersonal and client servicing skills.
✔️ Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, proactive, committed and a team player.
✔️ Sales oriented and target driven attitude, Ability to handle stressful situations.
✔️ Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow, ability to conduct self-research.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
🔹 Provide Provide consultations to students and parents, offering tailored advice on university selection, course option and scholarship opportunities in the U.S.
🔹 Assists clients in mock interviews for preparing the U.S. student visa (F1/F2, M1/M2) application, ensure to maximise approval rates.
🔹 Stay updated on U.S. education trends, admission requirements, visa policies, and post-graduation opportunities (e.g., OPT, H1B visa pathways).
🔹 Coordinate with the document processing team to advise students through the entire process, including school admission, scholarship and student visa applications.
🔹 Maintain regular communication with students and parents during their process, ensuring satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
🔹 Build and maintain relationships with the U.S. school representative, recruiment partners, agents and other stakeholders to enhance partnership opportunities and improve professional knowledge.
🔹 Support marketing team and attend company’s education fairs, webinars and workshops to promote our services and attract potential clients.
🔹 Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients to convert sales leads to successful contracts.
🔹 Understand company’s broad service offerings to identity business opportunities and support across departments.
