We’re looking for a Graphic Designer for the paid team who will play an active role in shaping our brand narrative and shall help us take our brand to the next level! The Graphic Designer will help in translating business/marketing problems into compelling visual content/narrative, which connects with the end user and drives them to take action. They will be responsible in taking an active role in grooming the team and nurture a collaborative and productive atmosphere. This role requires you to be excellent at understanding consumer insights, translating those to industry leading creative outputs (across ads meant for paid media communications, video, and other visual outputs) and stitching them together into campaigns that help the brand achieve its marketing objective.
We are looking for candidates who have worked for US Based Clients / Brands and have developed creatives aimed at US Audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative
- Work closely with the Marketing Team (Product and Performance), Brand team, and Business team to effectively transform creative briefs into high performing concept-driven campaigns;
- Groom and mentor juniors; motivate and help them understand their role within the team and their contribution to the larger goal;
- Conceptualize and render raw ideas into compelling creative outputs across various visual formats, including but not limited to Print, Static, GIFs, Video, etc;
- Adapt concepts for the various visual media distribution;
- Partner with your copy counterparts in developing and maintaining a cohesive tone across all communication featuring the brand;
- Create visuals/campaigns which generate audience response and create resonance for the brand through all creative outputs;
- Create and maintain an easily accessible repository of creative assets, raw files, and other useful links and implement the same amongst your peers;
Collaborative
- Work with a cross-functional team of graphic designers, media and marketing managers to develop cutting edge creative outputs within expected timelines
𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝒔𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒔
- 3+ years of demonstrated impact in a similar role at a startup, leading brand/creative agency, or digital-first media agency;
- Should have worked with US Based Clients and have developed creatives for US Brands and Audiencences
- Should have experience working on extensive Digital Media or Integrated (360 Degree Campaigns);
- Should be experienced in leading and managing a team of Graphic Designers / Graphic Designers / Visualisers;

- Idea generation ability basis consumer insights - Granular understanding of customers and the ability to generate fresh ideas to wow them
- Creative muscle of transforming raw ideas into compelling creative content - Ability to conceptualize and render raw ideas into compelling creative outputs. Impeccable skills across design and a mastery of visual language.
- An innate understanding of the Audience - A natural ability to understand who the audience is and develop and conceptualize ideas to cater to their needs;
- The Ability To Hustle: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment where multitasking and prioritizing is highly essential
- Detail-orientation: Ability to critically analyze problems and solutions in-depth, with an eye for zero-defect outputs

𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒇𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝒔𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒔
- Should be adept in ad-design, visual media, UI/UX Design, and a keen interest in marketing; Working knowledge of HTML Design will be an added advantage;
- Good grasp of designing softwares (Adobe Suite, Corel Draw, and others), design principles and a knowledge of editing suites will be a plus;
- Experience in a startup or entrepreneurial venture in the education space is not compulsory but would be a big plus
