⏰WORKING TIME: From Monday to Friday (8:00 to 17:30)
📌📌📌JOB DESCRIPTION
1. STUDENT RECRUITMENT, PR & MARKETING
- Assist in all activities related to areas of Student Recruitment, PR & Marketing.
- Implement a Public Relations Strategy.
- Organize the distribution of print-based promotional materials (brochures, flyers).
- Book advertising space in suitable media as outlets.
- Organize the display of outdoor advertising (banners, billboards etc.).
- Conduct follow-up liaison with local schools and businesses as channels for student recruitment.
- Establish and maintain a client database for further direct marketing.
- Liaise with parents and students to provide them with advice.
- Provide accurate and regular reports to the superiors on market developments and recruitment of students for the campuses.
- Assist Marketing Team in the implementation of the marketing strategies/plans upon request of Branch Manager to make sure they best support the student enrolment of the said schools/business units.
- Develop and create digital content creation over various social media platforms with internal stakeholders aligned with the social media marketing directives provided to boost student enrollment and enhance the school's branding.
2. OPERATIONS
- Work / coordinate among all schools to make sure that new policies / changes / applications from Company are carried out.
- Provide the Corporate Office with the necessary feedback on improvement methods for the operating systems currently implemented.
- Ensure that the management systems in place are upheld and strictly abided with as stipulated by the Company.
- Handle all logistics / maintenance / renovation requirements for school and to ensure prompt implementation. To maintain high standards of the school set-up and facilities and to support the schools’ daily operation as may be required from time to time.
- Assist in fine tuning the operating procedures / business practices at both school and corporate level and provide the Supervisor with the necessary feedback on the improvement and / or further development of those procedures / practices.
- Be involved in assisting to set up new schools and periodically visiting current schools.
- Be stationed at new schools for a period of time
- Work with Finance Department to prepare and monitor financial projections, access financial needs and requirement and maintain cost controls for the projects in order to achieve optimum performance and maximize profits.
- The budget allocated for the said project is strictly abided with.
- Schedule and co-ordinate project assigned and monitor the progress of work to ensure the successful completion of the project.
3. OTHER DUTIES
- Assist in other duties / responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
- Expected to travel when required.
🎯REQUIREMENT
- Good command of English
- University degree in the relevant field of study (Marketing, PR…) is an advantage
- Good understanding about SEO/SEM, social media marketing, e-mail marketing...
- Having at least 01 year of working experience in a similar position.
