OPERATIONS MANAGER - CONTACT CENTER

⏰Working Time:
- Tokyo City, Ikebukuro: Weekday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Or Okinawa City, Naha: Weekday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
📌 Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in BPO Operations and Management, with a proven track record of handling large
teams
- 3+ years of experience as a senior operation manager in a BPO environment.
- Experience in handling at least 100 FTEs
- Fluency in Japanese and English skills (English CERT C1 & Japanese JLPT N1).
- In-depth understanding of BPO operations, including KPIs.
- Excellent communication and client management skills. Ability to manage relationships with multiple
stakeholders....
