The ideal candidate should possess:
Strong knowledge of hotel reservations operations and revenue awareness.
Experience in managing reservations, room inventory, and distribution channels.
Proficiency in Opera PMS and related hotel reservation systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
A detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
Good English communication skills to support a professional and diverse working environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maximizing room revenue, ensuring reservation accuracy, maintaining room inventory, and ensuring seamless reservation operations through effective use of the Opera system and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

We’re looking for an exceptional people leader.

InterContinental Danang is seeking a 𝑫𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒓 𝒐𝒇 𝑯𝒖𝒎𝒂𝒏 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒄𝒆𝒔 to join our Executive Committee and lead a large, diverse People & Culture operation.

We are looking for a respected HR generalist with strong commercial judgement, deep knowledge of Vietnamese labour law and the credibility to balance the needs of colleagues, the operation, ownership and the IHG brand.

Candidates must be current Director-level leaders, fluent in Vietnamese and English, with a stable record of progressive responsibility. Hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential.
