Ascott Vietnam was honored to participate in the Industry Advisory Board Conference for the Hospitality Management Training Program hosted by Phenikaa University.

At Ascott, we value opportunities to collaborate with educational institutions in shaping future talent and ensuring graduates are equipped with the skills and mindset required by an evolving hospitality industry.

During the conference, industry representatives and academic leaders exchanged insights on curriculum development, emerging workforce trends, and the competencies needed for future hospitality professionals. The discussion highlighted the importance of integrating practical industry exposure, technological advancements, and global perspectives into student learning.

We brought together more than 100 HODs and leaders across AIMV and properties in Vietnam for the webinar Employee Relations & Disciplinary Handling.

The session was not just about processes or policies. It was about helping our leaders pause before reacting, listen before deciding, and handle employee matters with clarity, respect, and courage.
