【AI Terms You Should Know — Even If You Are Not an IT Engineer】

AI is growing very fast.

Today, even non-engineers — and even people who have never written a single line of code — can create apps, documents, reports, and content together with AI.

So AI is no longer only for IT engineers.

It is becoming important for everyone, including people in accounting, tax, HR, administration, management, consulting, and marketing.

This also means one important thing:

Even accounting and business professionals need to understand basic AI terms.

Words like:

[Prompt, Context, RAG, AI Agent, and LLM,IDE]

may sound technical at first.

But in the AI era, not knowing these basic words may become a real disadvantage.

That is why we are starting this simple learning series.

In this series, we will explain important AI terms step by step, in very simple English, especially for non-engineers and business professionals.

Today’s theme is [Context]

Context means the background, assumptions, and purpose that AI needs in order to think properly.

For example, instead of simply saying:

“Summarize this,”

it is much better to tell AI:

“Who is this for?”
“What is the purpose?”
“What background should AI know?”

With the right context, AI can give much more useful answers.
