The holiday season is a great time to reset, recharge, and get ready for your next career move. This April-May, Rework is opening 4 roles in Hanoi for candidates who want to grow in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment and work with global customers across APAC.

At Rework, you’ll work on solutions across CRM, Productivity, HRM, AI Agents, and Automation while building real exposure to customer success, business consulting, and revenue growth.

📍 OPEN ROLES

1. Customer Success Specialist (CS)

🚀 What you’ll do
- Own onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Support global B2B SaaS customers and improve account health.

🎁 What you’ll get
- End-to-end ownership of the customer journey.
- Exposure to APAC and global clients.

✅ What we’re looking for
- 1+ year in Customer Success, Onboarding, or client-facing roles.
- Strong English and problem-solving skills.
- B2B SaaS experience is a plus.

💰 OTE / Compensation
- $600–$2,000, depending on seniority and experience.

2. Business Consultant (BC)

🚀 What you’ll do
- Lead consultative sales from discovery to close.
- Turn business problems into practical, revenue-driving solutions.
