⭐ ENTRANCE ASSESSMENT – THE FIRST STEP TOWARD A SUCCESSFUL SCHOOL YEAR ⭐

🎯 To ensure that every student is placed in a class that matches their English proficiency from the very beginning of the academic year, IIG Academy recently collaborated with Hai Boi Primary School to conduct an entrance assessment for students enrolling in the High-Quality English Program.

During the assessment, students completed two evaluation components:

🔹 Speaking Assessment – conducted directly with foreign teachers to evaluate students’ communication skills, language reflexes, pronunciation, and confidence in speaking English.

🔹 Listening and Reading Comprehension Assessment – designed to evaluate students’ language comprehension, vocabulary range, and overall English proficiency.

Based on the assessment results, IIG Academy’s academic team is able to evaluate each student's current English level and work closely with the school to:

✅ Place students in classes that best match their actual proficiency level.

✅ Develop appropriate learning pathways and achievable language goals.

✅ Select suitable teaching methodologies, learning materials, and classroom activities to help each student maximize their potential.

✨ At IIG Academy, the entrance assessment is more than just a placement test—it is an important first step in ensuring that every student begins their learning journey at the right level and follows the most suitable learning pathway. The exciting adventures with TOEFL Squirrel opened the first door for students to explore the TOEFL Challenge. Through engaging interactive activities, students experienced real-life English communication, gained confidence in expressing themselves, and developed a stronger passion for learning English.

🌍 Followed by the Colorful English Festival & Language Festival

The English Festival and Language Festival transformed school campuses into vibrant miniature international communities. From traditional costumes and cultural performances to drama, dance, and creative showcases, students not only practiced English but also explored the rich diversity of cultures around the world.

🔬 Inspiring Innovation at the Science Fair

Students stepped into the roles of young innovators and future entrepreneurs, confidently pitching scientific projects focused on green energy and sustainable development. Golden Bell Challenge and Super Brain brought excitement, suspense, and healthy competition. Every question and every round gave students the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge, critical thinking, memory skills, and confidence while competing alongside hundreds of their peers.

💡 Learning Through Project-Based Experiences

This academic year also featured learning experiences that extended far beyond the classroom. Students conducted research, created products, collaborated in teams, and presented their ideas to teachers and classmates. 🏛️ Classrooms Beyond Four Walls

From meeting international friends at the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long to participating in the Heritage Race at the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, students explored history and culture in entirely new ways. 🤖 A New Highlight: International Computing & AI Experiences

Academic Year 2025–2026 also introduced a variety of exciting International Computing and AI activities. Beyond acquiring knowledge, they had opportunities to create, experiment, and begin developing the essential skills of future digital citizens.
