Hebron area automotive manufacturer has openings on both shifts.
• FAST PACED production assembly positions, 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts
• These positions require standing for long periods of time
• The ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• HS Diploma/GED is preferred
• Employer conducts background check and pre-employment drug testing upon Lear hire at 90 days
• Starting pay $15.00 an hour, 2nd & 3rd shift premium, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits – Eligible after 90 days as a Lear employee. Medical, Dental, Vision and Rx, monthly cost is $42/single and $112/family
• Other benefits include 401K match, Quarterly Performance Bonus, Referral Bonus, Tuition Reimbursement, 11 paid Holidays, 2 weeks pd vacation eligible at January after date of hire.
• After 90 days, convert from Temp status to full Lear employee
