NOW HIRING – WALNUT PROCESSING SEASON
Colusa, CA | Multiple Seasonal Positions

Walnut season is coming, and we’re building the team now! A Colusa-area walnut processing facility is hiring for multiple seasonal openings available across all shifts.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

Forklift Operators – $18.00/hr.
Experienced sit-down forklift operators needed to move, stack, load, and unload bins, pallets, and materials. Previous forklift experience required.

Huller Operator – $18.00/hr.
Operate and monitor walnut hulling and drying equipment, perform equipment checks and adjustments, and help maintain product quality. Mechanical or processing equipment experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Bin Tagger – $16.90/hr.
Collect walnut samples, accurately tag receiving bins, maintain grower and lot information, and assist receiving operations. Strong attention to detail required. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Walnut Crackers – $16.90/hr.
Crack and separate walnuts, sort and size kernels, remove defects and foreign material, and prepare product for inspection. Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination are important.

Huller Sorters – $16.90/hr.
Inspect walnuts on the processing line, remove defective product and foreign material, and help maintain quality standards. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

SEASONAL SCHEDULE:
6 Days Per Week | All Shifts
Approximately 8–10 Hour Shifts
Typical Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30/6:30 PM

These are fast-paced agricultural and food-processing positions. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, able to work around dust, noise, machinery, and varying temperatures, and available for the seasonal schedule.

Are you mechanically inclined and comfortable working around construction, landscaping, or rental equipment? A busy Orangevale business is looking for a dependable, hands-on team member who can keep equipment rent-ready while providing great service to customers.

Monday–Friday Schedule — No Weekends!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Inspect, clean, and service rental equipment
• Perform basic maintenance including fuel, oil, filters, and tires
• Load and unload customer vehicles and delivery trucks
• Complete operational checks to ensure equipment is rent-ready

• Identify damaged or unsafe equipment needing repair
• Keep the yard, shop, and facility clean, organized, and safe
• Assist drivers and mechanics as needed

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Basic mechanical knowledge of construction or landscaping equipment
• Equipment service, yard, rental, or similar experience preferred
• Forklift, skid steer, or equipment operating experience is a plus — training may be available
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
• Customer-service mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors
• Valid driver’s license required

PAY & BENEFITS:
