Care One, Inc. Care One is a purpose-driven staffing partner founded in 1993, connecting skilled professionals with organizations through trust, understanding, and care.

Care One has been providing swift and effective staffing solutions since 1993. Founded by President and CEO Steven Cook, the company was created in response to a growing workforce gap and a widespread frustration with how staffing was being done. Too often, professionals were placed without consideration for their goals, and organizations were left without the right people to support their operations. Steven recognized that the real challenge wasn’t just a shortage of talent—it was the lack of meaningful connection between people and the organizations they served. Rather than focusing on volume or rapid expansion, he chose a different path. His goal was not to become the largest staffing agency, but to become the most trusted. From that vision came a simple philosophy that still guides Care One today:

Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is a form of depression that often occurs during fall and winter. Someone may be getting through their workday while struggling with low energy or losing interest in things they normally enjoy.
