INSTALLATION HELPER

Hours: 7:00 am – 4:00pm

Occasional Overtime during week and on Saturdays

Assist Installers with setting up and breaking down tools and equipment at the jobsite; the removal of existing windows; preparation/remediation of window openings for replacement windows and patio doors; Installation of replacement windows and patio doors.

Skills:

Demonstrated experience with basic carpentry techniques and use of tools (screw gun, nail gun, chop saw, caulk gun, saws-all)
Excellent tape measure reading
Ability to quickly learn use of aluminum coil brake bending and cutting
Must have Interpersonal skills for taking instructions and learning from Installers and provide excellent communication with the Customer.
Ability to work outdoors in year round weather conditions
Ability to lift and transport windows and patio doors to openings

Compensation:

Hourly base salary plus opportunity to earn unit volume incentive bonus.
