Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and support production to ensure quality and safety standards.
Inspect raw materials and finished products for consistency.
Collaborate with production and sanitation teams.
Maintain equipment, complete reports, and follow safety guidelines.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in manufacturing, food production, or warehouse operations preferred.
Ability to work in cold, humid, or fast-paced environments.
Team-oriented, with strong communication and reliability.
Basic computer or documentation skills.
Work Environment:
Standing, bending, lifting, and material handling.
Cold and humid conditions, loud machinery.
PPE provided (gloves, boots, aprons, hearing protection).
