We are currently seeking experienced candidates for:

🔧 JOURNEYMAN PIPEFITTER – ASSEMBLY
• Industrial pipefitting experience
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Experience measuring, cutting, threading, grooving, bending, and assembling pipe
• Strong safety, quality, attendance, and time-management record
• Journeyman-level pipefitting or steamfitting experience required

🏗️ CARPENTER / STEEL FABRICATOR – SHEET METAL
• Experience in carpentry, steel fabrication, metal framing, or structural steel
• Ability to read shop drawings and blueprints
• Skilled in measuring, laying out, cutting, drilling, fitting, and assembling metal components
• Comfortable using saws, drills, grinders, and other fabrication tools
• Three or more years of related skilled-trade experience preferred

Make Ready Technician

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent apartment leasing company in the Tuscaloosa, AL area, is seeking make ready technicians and maintenance technicians to join their team!

Make Ready Technician Job Summary:

· Pay: $15-18 an hour

· Shifts Available:

o 1st Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

· Represent the company and property with professionalism

· Perform routine apartment maintenance (drywall repair, carpentry, etc.)

· Plan and execute apartment turnover, scheduling and working with vendors when necessary

· Perform general property upkeep and ensure the community always looks its best

· Communicate effectively with the management, leasing and maintenance teams to achieve property goals

· Exhibit a willingness to adapt – no two days in apartment management are the same and job duties can change from day to day

· Summer only help. (Possibly longer)

· Begins in mid-April and ends in August.

Make Ready Technician Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED is required

· Previous make ready technician or building maintenance experience is preferred

· Must be able to stand for long periods of time

· Must be able to lift up-to 40 lbs.

· Previous drywall, carpentry, etc experience
