Lead Carpenter

Our company is looking to hire a qualified Lead Carpenter. This local position will be within a 30 mile radius of Wisconsin Rapids. No far travel or overnight work will ever be required.
The position requires the ability to lead a small team of carpenters to complete projects on time and on budget. The Lead Carpenter will be in charge of the overall quality of a project, and will also be in charge of communicating with clients, as well as coordinating schedules,
and deadlines. Most of the work will be siding, windows, and small remodel and new construction jobs.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize and direct the work of carpenters in the construction of wood structures and wood products, such as furniture, cabinetry, cabinets and fixtures.
Provide technical assistance to carpenters in the field.
Establish schedules of work.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
· Reviews and performs scheduled work order requests in a timely, safe and efficient manner.
· Fabricates and assembles parts to construct machinery and equipment.

· Analyzes and makes necessary repairs of fluid power systems.
· Lays out and installs process piping, air and electrical conduit systems.

Requirements:
· Proficient in Mig and Tig welding processes and Preventative Maintenance programs.
· Knowledge of food processing equipment computer control systems.

· Must have two to five years of food processing experience.

Immediate hire for forklift operators (stand up)!!! In this position, you will be responsible for safe forklift operation in the Shipping Department, while loading cartons onto trucks. QUALIFICATIONS:
